Mid-level. Preferred 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include verification planning, building testbenches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver functional silicon.
- Review specifications, extract verification features, and define/execute verification plans.
- Develop top- and block-level mixed-signal and digital testbenches and generate tests within a UVM framework.
- Build and reuse monitors and checkers for RF/mixed-signal blocks and interfaces.
- Debug failures, resolve testbench/model/checker issues, manage bug tracking, and close coverage gaps.
- Write scripts to automate verification flows.
- Improve mixed-signal verification methodology and explore automation or AI-assisted approaches.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items listed separately.
- Industry verification experience with RF/mixed-signal blocks and SoCs.
- Expertise building mixed-signal testbenches, checkers, and tests using SystemVerilog.
- Experience with UVM methodology and HDL (SystemVerilog, Verilog) for verification.
- Strong verification skills in problem solving, testing, and debugging.
- Understanding of common analog/RF blocks.
- Experience with UPF and scripting in Python or MATLAB for verification tasks.
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso Composer, ADE, and HED for analog flows.
