Role Summary

Design and validate analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced process nodes as part of a cross-functional engineering team. Contribute to analog/mixed-signal IP development, working with architecture, layout and test teams to meet performance, power, area, timing and yield targets.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include circuit design, simulation, verification and cross-team collaboration.

• Design, develop, and implement analog circuits for advanced process nodes supporting analog and mixed-signal IPs.
• Create and optimize circuit floorplans, extract chip parameters, and develop analog behavioral models.
• Simulate analog behavior and execute test plans to verify circuit and block specifications.
• Analyze test results and verify functionality to achieve performance, power, area, timing, and yield objectives.
• Collaborate with architecture, layout and other cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design challenges.
• Conduct research on industry trends and drive continuous improvement of design processes.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's (BS) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. The posting explicitly allows equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
