Experience Level

Internship / Entry-level. Candidates may be summer interns; typical experience expectation is entry-level.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, validate, and characterize mixed-signal and analog IP blocks for SoC (PLL, DLL, SERDES, high-speed I/O, ADC/DAC).
  • Collaborate with senior circuit designers to develop and refine circuit implementations for sub-14nm processes.
  • Run simulations and analyze results to meet performance, power, and area targets.
  • Support lab validation and silicon bring-up when applicable.
  • Document design work and present results to the team.
