Role Summary
Join Micron’s Advanced NAND Technology (ANT) Singapore team to develop and integrate next-generation 3D NAND memory technologies. The role focuses on pathfinding, process integration, and translating device concepts and materials into manufacturable solutions.
Work includes AI-enabled data analytics and model-driven methods to analyze complex datasets, accelerate learning cycles, and solve scaling challenges that impact future memory nodes.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include leading integration efforts, designing experiments, and collaborating across functions to advance 3D NAND technology.
- Drive 3D NAND integration and technology roadmap; lead pathfinding and architecture enablement.
- Lead end-to-end development from concept through technology validation, including learning vehicles, characterization, and debug.
- Use data-driven, AI-assisted, and model-based approaches to solve complex integration challenges and identify technology gaps.
- Define and optimize module/process architecture (electrical targets, process flows, design rules).
- Collaborate with Device, Probe, Test, Design, and Operations teams to improve performance and yield.
- Drive technical innovation through process improvements, patents, and publications; build global technical networks.
Requirements
