Mask Technology Scribe Engineer
Member of the Advanced Technology Development (ATD) Mask Technology and Pattern Generation (MTPG) team supporting mask building, reticle generation, scribe array (KERF) generation, layout generation and verification methodologies.
Responsible for developing and maintaining tech- and fab-specific scribe recipes and reticle floorplan databases, supporting tapeout and mask data preparation across process nodes, and coordinating with process development, PDK, EDA and business teams to ensure correct data and methodologies.
Mid-level — typically 2–5 years of relevant hardware engineering or mask/data-preparation experience.
Primary responsibilities include scribe layout and recipe development, support for mask data preparation, and cross-team coordination to complete tapeout processes.
Must-have technical skills and tools experience.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Typically supported by 2–5 years of hardware engineering or related work experience.
