Manufacturing Test Engineer — New Graduate Hiring
Role Summary
Work on manufacturing test activities in Kaohsiung to support released products and new product introduction (NPI). Lead test program introduction, debugging, data analysis, and test process improvements to ensure manufacturing yield and product quality.
Experience Level
Entry-level — New graduate or early-career. Guidance: within 2 years of relevant working experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Own manufacturing test activities for released products and support mass production.
- Lead test program introduction and deployment for NPI in production.
- Analyze test data after R-Gate release and provide corrective feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Lead debugging, qualification, Gage R&R (MSC) analysis, and duplicate test hardware release.
- Manage disposition of hold lots related to low yield or QA failures.
- Develop and optimize testing processes, documentation, and best practices with process owners.
- Drive test automation projects to improve efficiency, coverage, and product quality.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Within 2 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Solid understanding of software and system testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Linux and command-line operations.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, C++).
- Experience in system, embedded, hardware, or manufacturing testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sense of ownership for product quality.
- English communication skills (reading and writing).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering preferred.
