Role Summary
Lead an engineering team responsible for delivering process engineering solutions that ensure built-in quality for products leaving final test. Drive process stability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment to support manufacturing excellence and business objectives.
Experience Level
Senior-level. Requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or similar high-volume manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
Manage process engineering for Final Test with a focus on quality, cost, and scalable manufacturing.
- Lead process engineering initiatives for cost reduction, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring robust and scalable manufacturing and test processes.
- Provide technical leadership to resolve complex manufacturing, test, and process-related issues.
- Optimize processes to ensure long-term stability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on accountability and results.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Business Development to execute operational and strategic goals.
- Set objectives, track performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing; Final Test experience preferred.
- Experience in Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, or Equipment Engineering within Final Test.
- Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), System Level Test (SLT), and test handler/turret machines.
- Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem-solving capability.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, production control, capacity planning, or project management.
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional or multi-site engineering teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering required: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. The posting also references experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
