Role Summary

The Customer & Execution Manager for MCU Products leads customer-facing MCU product programs from design-in through production launch and sustaining phases. This role combines customer program management with cross-functional execution across silicon, software, validation, manufacturing and quality teams.

Main mission: ensure timely delivery of MCU and SoC products to strategic customers by translating customer requirements into executable plans, managing risks and escalations, and coordinating global teams.

Experience Level

Senior-level. The role expects 8+ years in semiconductor, embedded systems, automotive electronics or related industries and 5+ years in technical or customer program management.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include customer program leadership and end-to-end project execution for MCU products.

• Act as primary program interface for strategic MCU customers and ecosystem partners.
• Drive customer engagement from design-in through production ramp and sustaining phases.
• Translate customer requirements into cross-functional execution plans; manage expectations, schedules, deliverables, risks, and escalations.
• Lead regular program reviews with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate samples, qualification activities, change requests, and issue resolution.
• Support RFQ, design-win, and commercialization activities with business development teams.
• Own end-to-end execution across silicon, software, systems, validation, manufacturing, and quality.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Track program KPIs (schedule, cost, quality, risk, resource utilization) and lead mitigation/recovery plans.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between customer commitments and internal delivery capabilities.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience.

• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, automotive electronics, or related industries.
• 5+ years in technical program management, customer program management, or similar project execution roles.
• Proven experience managing complex MCU or SoC product development programs.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, software development lifecycles, and semiconductor product development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional global teams and customer relationships; serves as escalation point.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with project-management tools and methodologies; ability to track KPIs and drive recovery plans.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is specified.
