Senior role β requires 8+ years of experience in memory product development or engineering and 3+ years of technical leadership/people management.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on technical leadership of HBM bring-up, yield improvement, and production readiness.
- Lead and mentor product development engineers for HBM bring-up, characterization, and production ramp.
- Partner with HBM vendors and internal teams (ASIC, System PE, Test, Reliability) to root-cause manufacturing failures and shift fixes to suppliers.
- Own root-cause analyses and drive resolutions for yield excursions, fallout, and reliability escapes; ensure smooth NPI-to-production transitions.
- Lead yield improvement initiatives targeting reduction of manufacturing fallout across the supply chain.
- Provide structured quality feedback to suppliers and lead test audits to improve outgoing product quality.
- Establish scalable data analysis frameworks, automation tooling, and statistical methods for validation and production monitoring.
- Coordinate product qualification, ramp readiness, and scale-up with operations teams.
