Manager, IC Reliability Labs
Role Summary
Lead IC reliability test lab operations for NVIDIA Networking R&D in Yokneam. Manage technicians and practical engineers and oversee reliability testing, lab equipment, inventories, and process improvements.
Work includes reliability testing on ATE and evaluation boards for design validation, production validation and IC characterization, and supporting engineering teams with test execution and data.

Responsibilities
Accountable for lab operations, team management, equipment uptime, and test execution quality.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the IC reliability test labs, including prioritization, performance reviews, and training for technicians and operators.
- Oversee and execute reliability testing on ATE, evaluation boards, HTOL systems, ovens, and system-level test equipment.
- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment (IC ATE, scopes, DVMs, tooling), minimizing downtime and ensuring readiness.
- Manage lab inventory, IQC/OQC activities, IC inventory and shipments for reliability workflows.
- Support engineers and internal customers with test setup, quality & reliability tasks, and adherence to test methodologies.
- Develop, document, and maintain lab procedures, test data records and engineering stock; pursue automation to improve productivity.
- Ensure and enforce lab safety procedures and perform regular safety checks.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and practical skills required to perform the role; candidate should be hands-on and management-ready.
- Minimum 5 years proven management experience of IC test and reliability labs.
- Experience supervising teams of 5+ technicians/operators/practical engineers.
- Strong practical knowledge of Automated Test Equipment and reliability systems (HTOL, dual-chamber ovens, IC testers, system-level test).
- Hands-on experience operating lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital voltmeters.
- Ability to read electronic circuit schematics and perform practical lab tasks.
- Self-learner, independent, motivated, highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, can-do approach to lead in a fast-changing and demanding engineering environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Software/programming experience (C++, Perl, Python, Linux scripting).
- Experience with ATE operations and test program workflows.
- Broader understanding of electronic circuits, networking, computers and operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
