Role Summary
Lead and direct verification methodology and full-chip gate-level verification for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products (DDR4/LPDDR4/DDR5/LPDDR5). Own verification strategy, cross-site coordination, and integration of AI-driven workflows into simulation and sign-off environments.
The role focuses on technical leadership of verification efforts, improving verification cycle time and debug efficiency, and establishing best-known methods across the group.

Responsibilities
Provide technical and managerial leadership for verification methodology and execution across projects and sites.
- Set direction for project verification efforts and establish best-known methods (BKMs).
- Lead development of verification methodology, environments, test benches, and test vectors for advanced DRAM products.
- Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip gate-level designs; run regressions and coverage analysis.
- Drive integration of AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation to accelerate verification and improve debug efficiency.
- Coordinate with CAD, EDA, software, design, and verification teams to standardize flows and ensure sign-off readiness.
- Advise senior management on significant technical issues and cross-team tradeoffs.

- Strong fundamentals in verification and memory operation, with proven experience in verification of complex, large-scale designs.
- Experience with full-chip gate-level simulation, analysis, and debugging for memory/SoC designs.
- Proven ability to develop test benches, test vectors, and regression environments; familiarity with coverage-driven verification.
- Experience integrating verification flows with CAD/EDA tools and collaborating across software and design teams.
- Practical experience using AI-based tools, agentic workflows, or automation frameworks to accelerate verification and debugging.
- Strong communication and cross-site collaboration skills; ability to lead technical forums and development meetings.
Nice-to-have:
- Domain knowledge in DRAM design (DDR5, LPDDR5 or related memory technologies).
- Exposure to AI/ML-assisted design flows and advanced automation in verification.
