Role Summary
Work on validation and quality testing for Mobile DRAM products, supporting new-product characterization and sustaining existing products. Collaborate with design, verification, process, test, and reliability teams to improve test coverage, yield, and product quality.

Responsibilities
The role focuses on improving validation test coverage and quality, developing test patterns and programs, analyzing results, and deploying AI-enabled workflows to scale improvements.
- Improve validation testing coverage and quality for Mobile DRAM products.
- Collaborate with verification, design, process engineering and QMS to define validation test flows, review and sign off test items.
- Develop test patterns and test programs to increase efficiency and quality.
- Use in-house engineering equipment for product characterization and electrical failure analysis.
- Detect failures per JEDEC specs and perform systematic root-cause analysis.
- Work with cross-functional engineering groups to resolve process- and defect-related issues.
- Support Verilog simulation-based verification of validation test patterns for new products.
- Perform detailed data parsing and analysis to feed yield-improvement projects and optimize test times and coverage.
- Identify design marginalities and propose circuit or fuse-level modifications.
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and plan for deployment and reusability across the organization.
Requirements

Must-have: Experience with back-end testing for Memory and SoC.
- Proven practical experience in DRAM memory-related fields.
- Proficient programming experience using Python, TypeScript, PowerShell, or equivalent for test automation and tooling.
- Experience with Verilog simulation for test-pattern verification.
- High-speed interface testing experience.
- Ability to understand and analyze logic and/or analog circuit diagrams.
- Experience automating business workflows, including API integrations, data processing, and robust exception handling.
- Prior experience using AI tools to support development or automation workflows.
- Oral and written English communication skills sufficient for technical collaboration.

Nice-to-have: Knowledge of IATF16949 (automotive audit) and experience negotiating or engaging externally for research or information dissemination.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
