Role Summary
Senior technical and organizational leader responsible for defining and executing long-term strategy for low-power analog, mixed-signal sensing platforms and intelligent edge systems. The role spans technology roadmap, multi-generation platform strategy, cross-functional program delivery, and external ecosystem partnerships.

Responsibilities
Accountable for technology vision, organizational leadership, and delivery of mixed-signal and sensing platforms across multiple markets.
- Define and own long-term technology roadmap for low-power analog, mixed-signal, sensing, and edge compute platforms.
- Lead organizational development: build high-performance engineering teams, mentor senior technical leaders, and drive process and quality improvements.
- Provide executive oversight of system architecture across sensing, AFEs, ADCs/DACs, PMIC, AI processing, firmware, interfaces, packaging, and system integration.
- Guide architecture tradeoffs for power, performance, latency, reliability, safety, security, and cost.
- Oversee program portfolios from concept through commercialization and production ramp; establish milestones and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive platform strategies enabling reusable technologies across product families (heterogeneous integration, chiplets, advanced packaging, Si technologies).
- Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, foundries, suppliers, IP providers, universities, and research partners.
- Represent technology externally through patents, publications, and industry engagement to accelerate innovation and differentiation.

Must-have
- Proven experience leading large engineering organizations with directors, managers, architects, and senior contributors.
- Deep expertise in low-power analog and mixed-signal design, sensor interfaces, and semiconductor system architecture.
- Track record of delivering complex semiconductor products from concept to high-volume production.
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams across silicon development (pre/post bring-up), firmware, software, validation, packaging, manufacturing, and product engineering.
- Ability to influence executive leadership and align technical execution with business objectives.
- Experience managing external partners, foundries, IP providers, and technology suppliers.
- Technical judgment across CMOS, heterogeneous integration, advanced packaging, and manufacturability/yield optimization.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in Robotics, XR, Industrial Automation, Intelligent Sensors, or Edge AI product domains.
- Knowledge of functional safety, reliability engineering, cybersecurity, and mission-critical embedded systems.
- Experience with budgets, project financials, and supervising large teams in matrixed organizations.
