Role Summary
Senior technical and organizational leader responsible for defining and executing long-term strategy for low-power analog, mixed-signal sensing platforms and intelligent edge systems. The role leads multi-generation semiconductor platform roadmaps and drives product differentiation for Robotics, XR, IIoT, intelligent sensors, and edge AI applications.
Works across engineering organizations and external partners to translate technical direction into delivered ASICs, sensor subsystems, and production-ready platforms.

Responsibilities
Accountable for technology strategy, engineering leadership, and program delivery for mixed-signal sensor and intelligent-edge platforms.
- Define and own long-term technology roadmaps for low-power analog, mixed-signal, sensing, and edge compute platforms.
- Lead organizational development: build teams, mentor senior engineers, and drive engineering process and quality improvements.
- Provide executive oversight of system architecture across sensing, AFEs, ADC/DAC, PMIC, AI processing, embedded software, interfaces, packaging, and integration.
- Guide architecture tradeoffs for power, performance, latency, reliability, safety, security, and cost; chair architecture review boards.
- Oversee program execution from concept through commercialization and production ramp; establish milestones and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive platform-level reuse strategies enabling multiple product families and business segments.
- Manage external partnerships with customers, foundries, IP providers, and research organizations to accelerate innovation.
- Influence product strategy, commercialization plans, and investment priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Proven experience leading large, global engineering organizations of directors, managers, architects, and senior contributors.
- Extensive domain expertise in low-power analog and mixed-signal system architecture and sensor subsystems.
- Track record delivering complex semiconductor products from concept to high-volume production.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across silicon bring-up, firmware, software, validation, packaging, manufacturing, and product engineering.
- Strong ability to set and drive technology strategy, lead organizational transformation, and influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing external partners, foundries, IP suppliers, and ecosystem relationships.
- Familiarity with advanced CMOS technologies, heterogeneous integration, chiplets, and system-in-package approaches.
- Knowledge of functional safety, reliability engineering, cybersecurity, and mission-critical embedded systems is desirable.
