Lithography Engineer (Middle & Back-end Process)
Responsible for development and transfer of lithography processes for middle and back-end semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., Cu-RDL, backside metal, ultra-thin Si) to enable in-house production and mass transfer of power-stage and chiplet products. Based in the Manufacturing department at the Saijo site, the role supports line startup, yield and quality improvements.
Focus is on process development, production readiness, and cost/quality optimization for embedded power products.
Entry-level β requires at least 2 years of relevant lithography development or volume-production experience.
