Senior — 7+ years of hands-on experience in IP/SoC/ASIC verification.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include owning verification architecture and delivery for complex networking designs and mentoring team members.
- Architect, design, and implement verification environments and testbench infrastructure for networking IPs and systems.
- Develop SystemVerilog/UVM block-level and multi-block verification environments and reusable verification components.
- Translate product specifications into scalable verification and coverage plans, including assertions.
- Create and execute verification and regression suites; define and analyze coverage metrics.
- Debug failures, manage regression health, and support board-level debug and validation as needed.
- Automate verification flows and productivity tasks using scripting (Python/Perl).
- Provide technical feedback during architecture reviews and influence verification approach early in the design cycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote verification best practices and process improvements.
