Role Summary

Responsible for development of Pegasus, a next-generation massively parallel physical verification product. Acts as an individual contributor delivering case analysis, problem solving, bug fixes, new feature development, and validation within the software engineering team.

Work requires implementing and validating production C++ code, collaborating with engineers, and contributing to product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and maintain C++ components for the Pegasus product.
• Analyze cases, diagnose and fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Create and run validation and test cases; ensure feature correctness and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, collaborate with peers, and follow technical guidance from senior developers.
• Document designs and contribute to technical discussions and planning.

Requirements

Key technical and communication requirements.

• Strong C++ programming skills (required).
• Familiarity with Python (preferred).
• Background in computational geometry and graph algorithms (preferred).
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Education Requirements

BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent, or equivalent practical experience. The role requires at least 3 years of software development experience.
