Lead Product Engineer - Verification
Role Summary
Lead technical engagements for Cadence Verification Division products with customers in the Seoul / Gyeonggi area. Act as the primary technical contact for evaluations, benchmarks, demos, trainings, and customer ramp‑up projects.
Work closely with Sales, product engineering, and marketing to scope opportunities, validate solutions, and drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
Experience Level

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and scope customer opportunities and technical evaluations.
- Plan, execute, and manage technical evaluations and benchmark tests with customers.
- Support customer project ramp‑up, provide hands‑on assistance, and resolve technical issues.
- Deliver trainings, presentations, and product demonstrations to customers.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise to resolve complex client queries and escalation items.
- Coordinate with corporate engineering and product teams to relay customer requirements and suggest product improvements.
Requirements

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in verification, prototyping, and application design/debugging using EDA solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SoC emulation/acceleration, hybrid solutions, UVM, verification IPs, or transactors (preferred).
- Familiarity with simulators (e.g., IES, VCS) and experience with emulators/accelerators (e.g., PXP, Zebu, Veloce).
- Strong Linux skills and proficiency with Tcl.
- Program and engagement management skills; able to manage customer technical evaluations and deliverables.
- Effective team player with strong English communication skills and willingness to work in a global customer environment.
- Current passport required with no travel limitations.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required; posting specifies a minimum of 6+ years of industry experience.
