Role Summary

Lead technical product engineering for Verification IP (VIP) families, focusing on protocols such as PCIe, UCIe, UALink and MIPI. Drive product definition, adoption, and pre-sales technical support at top-tier customers while coordinating with R&D, marketing, support and field teams.

Role includes customer enablement, training, collateral development, and approximately 20% travel.

Responsibilities

The role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives and represents the product engineering team externally.

• Lead projects with high resource, risk, or complexity and manage cross-organizational programs.
• Drive product definition from customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support pre-sales technical activities, customer evaluations, and adoption of VIP products.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to field engineers and customers; develop technical collateral.
• Represent the team at industry events and influence product/vendor roadmaps and quality.
• Resolve technical issues with vendors and customers, communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Step in to mitigate risk and lead the PE team during critical phases.

Requirements
