Lead Product Engineer
Role Summary
Lead product engineering for signoff/STA tooling, focused on development and deployment of Tempus-based signoff features. Work cross-functionally with R&D and product teams to define specifications, drive feature development, and ensure tools meet customer needs.
Experience Level
Senior — 4–7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities cover signoff/STA product engineering and collaboration with development teams and customers.
- Execute and support static timing analysis (STA) tasks and signoff flows using Tempus.
- Develop, deploy, and validate signoff tool features and ECO-related functionality.
- Write clear specifications and feature requests for product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to refine and deliver tool improvements.
- Engage with customers to capture requirements and validate solutions.
Requirements
Core technical skills and practical experience required for the role.
- Demonstrable experience in static timing analysis and signoff flows.
- Hands-on familiarity with Tempus or comparable signoff tools and ECO features.
- Proven ability to write technical specifications and communicate requirements to R&D.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to work across engineering and product teams.
- 4–7 years of relevant industry experience (listed in Experience Level).
Education Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication (ECE), or Computer Science (CS).
