- Triage and debug customer CCRs; create minimal, reproducible testcases to enable faster R&D fixes.
- Create and run flows/benchmarks on customer designs to evaluate tool behavior and performance.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and Application Engineering to improve deployability, usability, and quality of tools and flows.
- Document findings, test procedures, and recommended fixes to support product stability and customer deployments.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience:
- 4β6 years of hands-on experience in EDA/semiconductor tool validation or similar R&D role.
- Experience with RTL DFT flows and familiarity with DFT macros and scan methodologies (OPCG, Compressor, JTAG).
- Practical experience debugging customer issues, reducing complex bugs to reproducible testcases, and performing root-cause analysis.
- Experience creating and running flows/benchmarks on customer designs and working across R&D and customer-facing teams.
