Role Summary
Lead Product Engineer for Static Timing Analysis (STA), focused on the Tempus Timing Signoff Solution. Partner with customers and R&D to define product requirements, drive feature development, and ensure successful tool deployment and adoption.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical customer engagement, specification development, and continuous improvement of STA tools and flows.
- Provide hands-on STA expertise covering signoff methodologies, OCV/POCV, AOCV, derates, CDC/clocking, hierarchical design closure, and constraint modeling.
- Translate customer requirements and pain points into detailed, implementable product specifications and use cases.
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and R&D; validate solutions on real customer designs.
- Collaborate with R&D on feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Support tool deployment, evaluations, benchmarking, flow recommendations, and customer enablement.
- Identify gaps and propose improvements to tool quality, usability, and signoff flows.
Requirements
