Job Title

Lead Principal Engineer, Analog Mixed-Signal Design

Role Summary

Lead a team of analog/mixed-signal IC designers within Research & Development to define, develop, and deliver high-performance data converters and mixed-signal IP for production power-system applications. Provide technical leadership across architecture, circuit design, layout, validation and system integration.

Experience Level

Senior β€” requires 15+ years of experience in analog mixed-signal IC design, with demonstrated leadership of projects and teams.

Responsibilities

Accountable for technical direction, delivery, and integration of analog/mixed-signal IP.

  • Manage and mentor a small-to-medium team of mixed-signal IC designers.
  • Define data-converter architectures and system partitioning in collaboration with digital, systems, and application engineering teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end development of ADCs and other analog/mixed-signal IP from concept through production.
  • Lead architecture, circuit design, layout reviews, verification and testing to meet performance and quality targets.
  • Establish methodologies for integration of analog/mixed-signal ICs into larger systems.
  • Drive design-for-volume practices and transfer to manufacturing.
