Lead Design Engineer
Role Summary
As a Lead Design Engineer you will coordinate design and verification activities to deliver robust, well-verified ASIC/SoC blocks. You will work closely with local design and verification teams and with global stakeholders to define verification scope, test plans, and project execution.
Hands-on experience with interface protocols and processor integration will support integration and verification tasks.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead coordination between design and verification teams to define and implement verification strategies.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage through directed tests, constrained-random techniques, and coverage-driven verification.
- Develop and enforce verification methodology and quality standards.
- Act as liaison between local teams and global stakeholders to align schedules, requirements, and deliverables.
- Support integration of processor IPs and high-speed interfaces into SoC designs.
Requirements
Core requirements and preferred skills:
- Must-have: Hands-on experience with protocols such as AMBA, PCIe, USB, MIPI, or DDR/LPDDR.
- Must-have: Proven experience working with design and verification teams and defining verification methodology and test coverage.
- Must-have: Strong communication skills for coordinating across local and global teams.
- Nice-to-have: ARM or RISC-V processor integration experience.
