Role Summary

Lead electrical and functional validation and post-silicon bring-up for high-performance DDR memory interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tests, analyze results, debug complex issues, and produce characterization reports that inform product decisions and support customers.

Experience Level

Senior — hiring guidance: M. Tech with 4+ years of experience, or B. Tech with 6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Lead electrical and functional validation for DDR interfaces (e.g., DDR5, LPDDR5, LPDDR6, HBM4, GDDR7).
• Design and execute test strategies to accelerate post-silicon bring-up and characterization.
• Analyze measurement data and produce actionable insights and visualization to support product decisions.
• Drive debug workflows using JIRA and coordinate troubleshooting across engineering teams.
• Deliver clear, high-impact characterization reports and documentation.
• Automate validation, data processing, and reporting using Python.
• Provide expert technical support to customers on DDR IP issues and ensure rapid resolution.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• Proven experience leading post-silicon electrical and functional validation for DDR memory interfaces.
• Strong Python skills for automation, data processing, and reporting.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization to extract actionable insights from measurement results.
• Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware/software issues and manage JIRA-based workflows.
• Excellent technical communication and report-writing skills.
• Customer-facing problem-solving and technical support experience.

Education Requirements
