Role Summary

Join the Customer Success Team (System Design and Analysis) to support customers adopting Cadence IC packaging design and system-level analysis tools. The role focuses on IC package, chip–package–PCB co-design, and system-level analysis using Allegro X Advanced Package Designer and Sigrity tools.

Responsibilities

Provide technical customer support, drive methodology adoption, and contribute to knowledge sharing and team capability.

• Support deployment and adoption of IC packaging design and analysis solutions for customers.
• Debug and optimize designs across system, package, and PCB levels using tools, scripts, and methodologies.
• Lead methodology and solution-oriented discussions with customers and stakeholders to drive technology adoption.
• Train and ramp up new customers on Cadence IC packaging tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D, field teams, and product specialists to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
• Create technical documentation, examples, and best-practice content to improve customer self-service.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with global teams to address customer needs.

• Must-have: Experience in IC package design using APD and familiarity with package technologies.
• Must-have: Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
• Must-have: Ability to establish close working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Must-have: Valid work and residence permit for the work location.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Signal Integrity and Power Integrity (SI/PI) at package and PCB levels.
• Nice-to-have: Mentorship experience and prior customer-facing or field engineering experience.
• Other: Drive to continuously learn IC package technologies and analysis methods.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
