Full-Stack AI Engineer
Role Summary
Technical, customer-facing engineering role to deploy and integrate agentic AI solutions for chip design and verification. You will work with customer engineering teams and the core product group to deliver, scale, and improve full-stack AI workflows that connect models, infrastructure, and user experiences.
Experience Level
Mid-level (Level - Mid-Career). Typical candidates have several years of professional experience building full-stack software and applied machine learning systems (approximately 3β7 years).
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery and operational success of ChipAgents deployments and prototypes.
- Lead onboarding, integration, scaling, and iterative improvement of customer deployments.
- Work directly with customer engineering teams to map workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Prototype and deliver end-to-end solutions spanning backend models, orchestration, and frontend UX.
- Collaborate with core engineering to improve models, tooling, and infrastructure using field feedback.
- Produce documentation, tutorials, dashboards, and other resources for internal teams and customers.
- Remain hands-on with code: infrastructure, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and monitoring.
- Travel to customer sites for deep integrations and on-site support when required.
Requirements
Core skills and attributes required for success in the role.
- Proven experience building full-stack software with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Practical experience with machine learning toolchains and model deployment (e.g., Python, PyTorch, LLMs).
- Frontend development experience (TypeScript/JavaScript) to prototype and deliver user-facing workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable working directly with customer engineering teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel for on-site customer engagements.
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and able to prioritize practical impact.
- Nice-to-have: prior exposure to EDA, RTL, or hardware-software co-design.
Education Requirements
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
