Role Summary

Design and prepare detailed semiconductor layout artwork for analog motor-drive products. The role executes multi-dimensional layouts from schematics, verifies dimensions and specifications, and collaborates with design engineering and stakeholders to produce manufacturable layouts.

Responsibilities

Primary tasks and deliverables for this role include:

  • Develop and prepare multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings from schematics and related geometry provided by design engineering.
  • Create artwork and digitized plots using CAD/layout tools.
  • Check dimensions, write and verify specifications, and validate completed drawings and artwork.
  • Review and check design layouts and detailed drawings for correctness and manufacturability.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience, followed by preferred qualifications:

  • Must-have: Minimum 8 years of relevant semiconductor layout experience.
  • Must-have: Hands-on experience producing detailed layout drawings and artwork from schematics; strong attention to dimensional and specification accuracy.
  • Must-have: Proficiency with CAD-based layout workflows and tools used to create and verify layout artwork.
  • Nice-to-have: Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Nice-to-have: Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly; strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Nice-to-have: Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, and time-management skills to meet project schedules.

Education Requirements
