Junior System Validation Engineer
Role Summary
The Junior System Validation Engineer develops, executes and reports system- and IC-level validation for automotive radio applications. The role builds test cases, automates lab tests, develops embedded firmware for validation use cases, and communicates results to cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience Level
Entry-level - suitable for candidates with academic or internship experience; typically 0–3 years.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include designing and running validation activities across IC and system levels, automating tests, and documenting results.
- Release product updates at IC and application levels for customer acceptance.
- Define and develop test cases to fully cover IC and system requirements.
- Convert manual lab tests into repeatable, reliable automated validation environments linked to test cases and requirements.
- Develop embedded firmware required for system use-case validation.
- Execute tests, log results, and report findings to the team and stakeholders.
- Participate in system validation team activities and report validation progress and issues.
- Document system validation use cases and maintain project documentation and databases.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience:
- Practical experience in embedded software development (academic projects or internships).
- Experience in semiconductor or automotive environments with focus on system-level behavior.
- Familiarity with software engineering and systems development lifecycle.
- Programming skills: LabVIEW (CLAD), TestStand, Python, C, C++.
- Good spoken and written English.

Education Requirements
Technical University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Electrical Engineering.
