Role Summary

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include planning, creating, and executing verification environments and tests, analyzing results, and collaborating to resolve issues.

• Develop verification environments and testbenches using industry methodologies such as UVM and SystemVerilog.
• Create verification plans from design specifications and identify corner cases.
• Develop, run, and debug test cases and analyze simulation results.
• Write and maintain assertions, functional coverage models, and verification scripts.
• Participate in verification reviews and drive improvements to flows and tools.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and software teams to resolve issues.
• Document verification strategies, test plans, and results.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and competencies.

• Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in digital IC design verification.
• Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Experience with simulation tools such as Questa, VCS, or Xcelium.
• Familiarity with functional coverage-driven verification and assertion-based verification.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, or Tcl).
• Solid understanding of digital design principles and architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
