Junior CPU Verification Engineer
Work on CPU functional verification within Intel's Core Engineering team to validate microarchitecture and RTL prior to silicon. The role focuses on developing and executing verification plans, creating testbenches and simulation environments, debugging presilicon issues, and collaborating with architects and RTL teams to meet functional, performance, and power targets.
Entry-level / College graduate. Guidance: 0–1+ years of relevant experience.
Primary responsibilities include verifying CPU logic and supporting verification infrastructure.
Must-have technical skills and practical abilities for initial consideration.
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred: Master’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field. Requirements may alternatively be satisfied by equivalent practical experience gained through internships, relevant job experience, coursework, or research.
