IPD (Intelligent Power Device) Design and Evaluation Internship
Work on development and evaluation of IPD (Intelligent Power Device) products for automotive applications. Tasks cover analog and digital design, simulation, layout and device evaluation across the product development cycle.
This is an internship on a product development team focused on replacing mechanical relays and fuses with IPD solutions for electrified and autonomous vehicles.
Entry-level internship for students currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral).

Enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral program in electrical or electronic engineering is required. Preferred research/topics: analog circuits, digital circuits, design verification, analog layout. Student’s Personal Liability Insurance (or equivalent accident insurance) must be acquired before the internship. Non-Japanese students must obtain necessary visa/authorization to participate.
