  • Define firmware architecture based on DDR and LPDDR protocol specifications.
  • Develop memory calibration and training firmware for DDR5/LPDDR5 and future devices.
  • Integrate firmware with CAD tools and device support flows.
  • Create and maintain verification infrastructure: VIP, bus functional models, regression tests, and simulation environments.
  • Perform hardware bring-up, power-on validation, and debug.
  • Support new product releases and customer technical issues.
  • Work across silicon, pre/post-silicon validation, application engineering, and customer experience teams.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and behavioral traits; preferred items listed separately.

  • 2+ years experience in digital logic hardware design or verification using SystemVerilog, Verilog, and/or VHDL.
  • 2+ years experience with scripting or software programming (Python, TCL, Perl, C, or C++).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, initiative, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and collaborate across geographically distributed teams.

Nice-to-have:

  • FPGA design experience.
  • Experience with RTL simulation environments.
  • Experience with DDR and/or LPDDR hardware interfaces.
