IP Design Engineer
Role Summary
Develop reusable IP blocks for SoC/subsystem integration and drive designs from concept through silicon. Work with architecture, verification, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready IP.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include micro-architecture implementation, RTL development, optimization, and delivery through silicon.
- Define micro-architecture with architecture teams based on IP requirements.
- Implement RTL in Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL from specifications.
- Optimize designs for power, performance, and area.
- Perform design checks including lint, CDC, synthesis, and static timing analysis (STA).
- Drive bug triage, fixes, and closure through sign-off.
- Support design reviews, documentation, and sign-off processes.
- Collaborate with verification teams on test plans and coverage closure.
Requirements
Must-have skills:
- Proven RTL design experience using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL.
- Strong understanding of SoC/IP design and integration.
- Hands-on experience with lint, CDC, synthesis, and static timing analysis (STA).
- Experience with low-power design techniques.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in full-cycle IP/SoC development.
- Exposure to formal verification or low-power flows.
- Experience with post-silicon validation and bring-up.
