IO ESD Intern

Role Summary

The intern will join Marvell's Central Engineering group on the IO ESD team to help design general-purpose IO pads and ESD solutions for Marvell IP used across product lines. The role involves circuit-level design, layout, analysis, and verification to ensure IO and ESD blocks meet specifications and reliability requirements.

This position may require eligibility to access export-controlled technology; non-U.S. applicants may be subject to export license review.

Experience Level

Entry-level internship. Suitable for current students or recent graduates; no specific years of prior professional experience required.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include design, verification, and ensuring compliance with ESD and reliability specifications.

• Design IO pads and develop ESD solutions that meet ESD and IP design specifications.
• Perform analysis, circuit design, layout, and verification of IO/ESD designs.
• Ensure design and layout meet ESD, reliability, and other applicable design requirements.
• Document design decisions and coordinate with engineering team members as needed.

Education Requirements
