Role Summary
Work with the analog/mixed-signal team to define, design, and validate IP blocks used in power management solutions. Collaborate with layout, verification, lab, and test engineers to move designs from specification through silicon validation.
Experience Level
Entry-level student internship (targeted at Master's or PhD students).
Responsibilities
Primary contributions expected during the internship:
- Define, design, and validate analog/mixed-signal IP blocks for power-management applications.
- Provide layout guidance to physical designers on critical block placement and floorplanning aspects.
- Document design architecture, implementation details, and verification/test procedures.
- Participate in simulation-based verification to ensure IC performance meets specifications.
- Support lab validation and characterization; guide test setup and measurement activities.
Requirements
Essential skills and experience for candidates:

Must-have: Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles.

Must-have: Familiarity with simulation tools and methodologies used for IC validation.

Must-have: Basic hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal analyzers for validation and characterization.

Education Requirements
