Intern - STPG PE NAND Reliability

Role Summary

This is a full-time internship within Non-Volatile Engineering, Product Engineering (NAND Reliability). The intern will assess intrinsic reliability validation coverage for NAND products, develop a validation coverage matrix, and recommend test and process improvements to enable earlier issue detection.

Experience Level

Entry-level internship. Intended for current students; full-time commitment for at least 5 months is required.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities for the project include:

• Review existing intrinsic reliability test flows and validation coverage for NAND products.
• Map current tests to datasheet-defined product functionalities.
• Identify coverage gaps that could delay issue detection.
• Recommend validation enhancements and explore AI-enabled validation tools and workflows.
• Produce deliverables: validation coverage matrix, gap analysis, and a prioritized improvement plan.
• Collaborate with product engineering and reliability stakeholders and document findings.

• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to produce technical documentation.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and willing to learn AI-enabled validation workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Available full-time for the internship period (minimum 5 months).

Education Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, Applied Physics, or another discipline related to semiconductor device physics and fabrication.
