Role Summary

Join the Hardware System Verification Software team (SVG) in Belo Horizonte to support validation of AI-powered product features. The role focuses on executing and improving validation activities for AI agents, workflows, and related software features.

This is a part-time, in-person internship that emphasizes hands-on testing, defect investigation, and collaboration with global product and engineering teams.

Experience Level

Entry-level internship. Expected graduation: January 2028.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include manual and automated validation tasks for AI-enabled product features and collaborating with engineering to resolve issues.

• Execute test cases, record results, and report issues under guidance from senior team members.
• Evaluate AI agents and workflows: prompt behavior, response quality, tool usage, error handling, and task completion.
• Create, update, and run manual and automated test cases based on requirements, user scenarios, regressions, and quality checklists.
• Reproduce defects, collect logs and examples, document findings, and verify fixes.
• Use basic scripting or AI-assisted tools to improve validation efficiency.
• Collaborate with local and global product, engineering, and validation teams.

• Availability to work in person in Savassi, Belo Horizonte (Av Contorno 5800); part-time (~20 hours/week).
• Good spoken and written English and Portuguese.
• Willingness to learn testing practices for AI products and basic scripting to assist validation tasks.
• Nice-to-have: experience with version control, fundamentals of algorithms and data structures, exposure to LLMs/AI agents, EDA/VLSI concepts (Verilog/VHDL), C++ projects, and interest in Tcl or Python scripting.

Education Requirements

Ongoing bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Expected graduation January 2028.
