Intern - NAND Cell Reliability
Project-based internship at Micron's Fab 10N/X in Singapore focused on NAND cell reliability. The intern will work with an experienced mentor and stakeholders to complete a defined technical project involving data analysis, qualification support, and automation to accelerate reliability learning.
Entry-level (Internship). Role is intended for a student intern currently enrolled in a graduate program (see Education Requirements).

Nice-to-have: demonstrated innovation, prior exposure to reliability metrics, and experience with test automation or qualification processes.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline.
