Role Summary

Intern on the Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG) High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product System Engineering team to develop a unified, scalable Tableau platform that aggregates and visualizes validation data for HBM products. The platform will support validation, debug, characterization, and engineering decision-making across products and conditions.

Minimum 3-month internship focused on data processing, dashboard development, and analytics.

Responsibilities

The intern will design, implement, and deliver a centralized dashboard and supporting data pipelines for component validation analytics.

• Develop centralized, scalable Tableau dashboards with plots, tables, trends, and product comparisons.
• Aggregate, process, and normalize raw execution data from multiple validation flows into a reusable data model.
• Enable multidimensional analysis across voltage, temperature, data rate, validation flow, and execution runs.
• Document standardized data structures and data pipelines to support repeatable dashboard development.
• Explore automated anomaly detection, root-cause analysis guidance, and AI-assisted insights where feasible.
• Deliver clear visualizations to support engineering debug and decision-making.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and tools for the internship.

• Tableau: dashboard development and data visualization.
• Programming in Python and/or Java for data processing and integration.
• SQL and relational database concepts.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and visualization best practices.
• Minimum internship duration: 3 months.

Education Requirements
