Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on hands-on device testing, data capture, and reporting.

  • Set up and run device characterization and validation tests in the laboratory.
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment such as curve tracers, parametric testers, probe stations, oscilloscopes, source-measure units, and temperature chambers.
  • Collect, process, and analyze measurement data; produce clear test reports and summaries.
  • Support failure analysis and debug activities by reproducing issues and providing test data.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, test, manufacturing) to support silicon bring-up and qualification.
  • Follow lab safety procedures, maintain test fixtures, and document test setups and procedures.

Requirements

Skills and experience required or commonly expected for this role.

  • Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and measurement equipment used in semiconductor testing.
  • Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Python, MATLAB) and the ability to interpret electrical measurement results.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor device fundamentals and characterization concepts.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to follow test plans, maintain accurate records, and work under supervision.

Nice-to-have:
