  • Support design, development, and verification of digital IP circuits using RTL-to-GDS flows.
  • Perform circuit analysis across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) corners to assess performance and reliability.
  • Develop automation scripts and apply AI-assisted tools or code-assist workflows to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation, verification, and silicon validation activities.
  • Present technical findings and project results to engineering leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

Core skills and experience expected for successful internship performance.

Must-have:

  • Experience with at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Perl, TCL, or MATLAB.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability through academic, research, or project work.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to learn industry-standard EDA tools, verification methodologies, and semiconductor development processes.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with digital IC design, verification, or semiconductor development projects.
  • Familiarity with RTL design, synthesis, timing closure, verification, and physical design concepts.
  • Exposure to EDA tools for simulation, verification, and implementation.
  • Experience applying AI, generative AI, or AI-assist tools to engineering workflows.
  • Previous research, internship, or project experience related to memory systems, semiconductor design, or VLSI.

Education Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related STEM field. Relevant completed coursework includes CMOS digital circuits, SystemVerilog/UVM, and Static Timing Analysis (STA). The posting does not state an explicit allowance for equivalent non-academic experience.
