Intern Applications Engineering (f/m/d)
Internship to support validation and development of Digital Multiphase Controllers and Smart Power Stage modules used in high-current CPU/GPU power systems. The intern will execute validation plans, automate measurements, collect and analyze parametric and functional data, and work with cross-functional teams in the Performance Core Power division based in Germering.
Entry-level internship. Suitable for students or recent graduates; no specific years of professional experience required.
The role focuses on validation of controller features and parametric performance across functional, timing, and electrical specifications.
Minimum skills and experience expected for successful performance in the internship.
Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field preferred. Relevant coursework or practical experience in mixed-signal design, switching power supplies, and power-management semiconductors is expected. Equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
