Intern, Applications Engineering
Role Summary
Entry-level internship on the Applications Engineering team in Lviv. The intern will support testing, debugging and verification of semiconductor devices, produce technical documentation, and may contribute to new product, platform and equipment development.
This is a fixed-term position (~6 months) with a professional engineering team; flexible hours and 14 calendar days paid leave are provided.
Experience Level
Entry-level internship. Suitable for current students or recent graduates; no specific years of professional experience required.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include hands-on test and documentation tasks:
- Develop and execute test projects for microchips and components.
- Perform testing, debugging and validation of device functionality.
- Use laboratory and measurement equipment to collect and analyze data.
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and test reports.
- Support product and platform development tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements
Core skills and qualifications for the role.
- Must-have: Knowledge of analog and digital circuit principles.
- Must-have: English language proficiency at pre-intermediate level or higher.
- Nice-to-have: Experience using laboratory and measurement equipment.
- Nice-to-have: Programming experience in Matlab, Python, C or similar.
Education Requirements
Higher education (Bachelor's level or enrolled student) in Electronics, Telecommunications, Metrology & Automation or a related technical field. Candidates from other fields may be considered; equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
