Intern - ADTS PIE PI

Role Summary

Internship in Product Integration Engineering (Process Integration) supporting inline health monitoring and AI-driven process optimization for NAND pillar module at Fab 10N/X, Singapore. The intern will work under senior engineers' mentorship on data extraction, validation, visualization, and exploratory AI tool integration.

Duration: minimum 5 months (semester internship, July 2026–November 2026).

Experience Level

Entry-level (internship). Intended for students or early-career candidates; no prior professional experience required.

Responsibilities

Primary tasks and expected contributions:

• Extract, organize, and validate inline process metrics, targets, and specifications for process-health monitoring.
• Build and maintain visualizations and alerting features that support inline monitoring systems.
• Support senior engineers in reviewing process data and responding to process excursions.
• Participate in proof-of-concept work to integrate Micron-qualified AI tools for drift detection and process-window optimization under supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings and recommendations.

Requirements

Must-have and desirable skills for successful candidates:

• Must-have: basic data-analysis skills, including statistics, handling large datasets, and data visualization.
• Must-have: problem-solving mindset and effective verbal/written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity or interest in AI/ML tools and their application to monitoring or process optimization.
• Nice-to-have: prior exposure to semiconductor process data or engineering projects (preferred but not required).

Education Requirements

Preferred academic backgrounds include Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent academic study. Suitable for students pursuing relevant degrees (semester internship); equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
