Information Developer
Role Summary
The Information Developer will define and deliver the content strategy, information architecture, and documentation experience for Arm Telemetry. You will work with engineering, product, UX, and support teams to create discoverable, accurate, and reusable technical content.
The role emphasizes structured content, docs-as-code practices, and tooling to improve developer and customer experience across hardware and software domains.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Define and implement the content strategy and information experience for Arm Telemetry.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to gather technical information and shape user-focused content.
- Establish scalable structured-content approaches to reduce duplication and improve consistency.
- Promote and apply docs-as-code and AI-enabled documentation-as-code practices.
- Drive alignment across content, tooling, and product teams to ensure a cohesive documentation experience.
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving engineering environment with evolving requirements.
Requirements
Must-have skills and attributes:
- Experience with user-centred content design and information architecture.
- Practical experience with docs-as-code workflows, including Git-based tooling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic technical judgment.
- Ability to influence across teams without direct authority and build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with hardware and software engineers on complex technical topics.
- Comfort working with incomplete information and evolving requirements.
- Must have the right to work in the UK; this role is not eligible for sponsorship.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in telemetry, performance analysis, or related domains.
- Familiarity with Arm technologies, silicon, or software ecosystems.
- Knowledge of structured authoring, componentised content models, and content-reuse strategies.
Education Requirements
A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification is desirable but not required; equivalent professional experience in Technical Communications or Information Development is accepted. No specific fields, certifications, or mandatory academic credentials are required.
