IC Test Program Validation and Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Join NVIDIA Networking to define and automate IC test validation for Switch, NIC, and SmartNIC products and enable transfer from design to high-quality mass production. The role focuses on building test automation, regression flows, results collection, reporting, and debug visibility across wafer-level and final-test environments.

Responsibilities
The engineer will build and maintain test-validation automation and production-ready flows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Define and automate IC test validation methodologies and procedures.
- Develop validation tests and automation infrastructure.
- Build Jenkins-based flows for regression execution, result collection, and reporting.
- Use Git-based workflows for test infrastructure development, reviews, and releases.
- Integrate Jira and MCP-based tools into validation, debug, and issue-tracking flows.
- Improve test stability, coverage, quality, and debug visibility across wafer-level and final-test environments.
- Troubleshoot complex test issues and improve automated testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with HW, SW, FW, SPE, SLT, DFT, security, and production teams to enable production release.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; items listed as "Nice-to-have" are preferred but not mandatory.

Must-have: 3+ years of experience in software/hardware validation or automation infrastructure.
- Strong programming experience and experience writing automated tests.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking systems.
- Experience with MCPs, automation agents, or tool/API integrations.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and related tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams.
- High self-learning ability and strong execution-quality standards.

Nice-to-have: IC product testing and debug experience, UltraFlex or other IC tester experience, experience building validation frameworks/parsers/dashboards, and knowledge of DFT and test methodologies.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science (specified in the posting).
