Role Summary

Responsible for IC layout design for isolator products, focusing on mixed-signal and high-voltage isolation structures. The role contributes to product lineup strengthening and accelerated development of next-generation digital isolators.

This position is based in Takasaki with a hybrid work model: two remote days per week and in-office collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include IC layout design, verification, and tape-out preparation for isolator products.

• Perform layout design for digital/analog mixed-signal ICs.

• Execute layout verification tasks such as LVS, DRC, and ERC.
• Ensure compliance with foundry design rules and prepare for tape-out.
• Coordinate with circuit design and verification teams to meet product requirements.

• Hands-on experience with layout verification (DRC, LVS, ERC).
