HBM Process / Equipment Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for establishing and optimizing process conditions and equipment parameters for HBM manufacturing at Micron's Taichung MTB facility. Works on process management projects, evaluates new equipment and materials, and drives yield, quality, and cost improvements.
Supports cross-functional teams in troubleshooting production abnormalities and implementing continuous improvement using data-driven and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Establish, optimize, and document process conditions and technology for HBM production.
- Set up and validate process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
- Upgrade process capability and implement cost-reduction measures.
- Plan, evaluate, and drive adoption of new equipment and materials.
- Lead and modify process management projects.
- Analyze production abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and accelerate problem-solving.
