Role Summary

Collaborate with customers and partners to integrate Voltai's hardware and design systems into their workflows, provide technical support, and debug complex issues across software and hardware boundaries.

Translate customer requirements and field feedback into actionable reports for product and design teams. The team focuses on hardware and semiconductor design augmented by AI.

Experience Level

Mid-level. Typical candidates have 5+ years of experience in hardware design, simulation, EDA tools, or customer-facing hardware validation roles.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include customer integration, technical support, debugging, validation, and communicating findings to internal teams.

• Integrate Voltai hardware and design systems into customer and partner workflows.
• Provide deep technical and hands-on support to customers and partners.
• Diagnose and debug complex issues spanning firmware, software, PCB, and IC boundaries.
• Perform schematic review, board-level analysis, and failure investigation.
• Validate designs through lab testing and reproduce customer issues in-house.
• Translate customer requirements and field feedback into clear, actionable reports for design and product teams.
• Document troubleshooting steps, test results, and recommended fixes.

Requirements

Must-have and preferred qualifications for this role.

• Must-have: 5+ years experience in hardware design, simulation, or use of EDA tools, with hands-on customer support or design validation experience.
• Must-have: Proven ability in schematic review, board-level analysis, and failure investigation.
• Must-have: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues across hardware and software domains and communicate findings clearly.
• Nice to have: Prior experience with semiconductor design, board bring-up, lab instrumentation, or system-level debugging.
• Nice to have: Experience converting field issues into product or design requirements.
